Our ambition is to build the world’s leading movement-and-rewards platform, scaling globally while using technology, data, and smart incentives to drive lasting behavior change and wellbeing at scale. 🎯 About the role Our Marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a Product & Content Marketing Lead to help shape how millions of users understand, adopt, and engage with WeWard — by turning product features into clear value, strong narratives, and meaningful habits. You will report directly to Yves, our CEO and work closely with Product, Growth, Design, Data, and Brand/Comms teams to align product strategy, user insights, and storytelling into high-impact marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in impactful product marketing roles, crafting category-defining marketing strategies and campaigns
  • A demonstrated experience in the mobile app industry, showcasing your ability to navigate and excel in this rapidly-evolving landscape

Responsibilities

  • Showcase App Features Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that clearly communicate our product’s features and benefits, across both existing users and prospect.
  • Leverage customer insights, stay on top of market trends, and make the most of news cycles and trends to boost product adoption and success.
  • Refine content and copy across all communication channels to create a timely and consistent narrative that attracts and retains users
  • We’re counting on you to spark a walking frenzy with WeWard through data-informed, creative, and scalable marketing strategies that turn features into habits!
  • Power External Comms Elevate and effectively position WeWard’s brand across multiple channels, including app stores and our website.
  • Oversee social media and press communications by managing dedicated teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging that resonates with our audience.
  • Forge visibility partnerships, participate in events, and seek award opportunities to solidify our market positioning.
  • Your mission is to propel WeWard to the top spot as the world’s favorite walking app!

  • Act as a creative sparring partner to product, design, and growth teams to push ideas further and unlock new angles of engagement.
  • Your role demands that you push the boundaries to develop persuasive narratives that not only stand out in a crowded market but also connect emotionally with users, encouraging them to engage more deeply with our app.
  • User empathy : Meticulously analyzing user feedback, market trends, and engagement metrics is key to inform and refine marketing strategies.
  • Your ability to put yourself in our users’ shoes will guide you in crafting relevant and impactful marketing materials that make users feel valued and motivated.
  • People nurturing Lead and mentor a talented and gritty team of 4, including 3 in Community Management and 1 in Press/Comms
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing product marketing team
