About The Position

CACI is hiring a Product Communications Lead to support our government agency's operations. We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of communications experience, with at least 5 years of experience working in support of the federal government. Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be familiar with federal communication standards and possess a desire to enhance those skills in a challenging, high visibility environment.

Requirements

• US citizen with ability to pass a background investigation/obtain Public Trust clearance upon hire
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
• 10+ years of experience working in communications or a related field
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal government
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems
• Efficiently and effectively able to handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
• Flexibility to put in hours needed to meet tight deadlines
• Must have thorough knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies and experience working in an agile environment

Nice To Haves

• Post graduate degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Understanding or past experience with Agile practices

Responsibilities

• Manage user communications for a growing user base of more than 5k users
• Develop communication approval workflows
• Lead communication development from development to delivery
• Track communication effectiveness and recommend mitigation strategies
• Deep understanding of communications in a federal environment
• Lead strategic assessment of user audiences, developing targeted approaches for each stakeholder group
• Develop and implement a communications plan
• Must have experiencing managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments
• Analyze and translate financial or technical language into plain English
• Work cross functionally with other teams to deliver a cohesive solution to federal clients
• Lead focus groups among user community to identify needs
• Support internal team communications and initiatives to enhance service to customers
