About The Position

In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the product development teams and our external and internal audiences, ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling communication about our product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product communications, marketing coordination, or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with content management systems, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop clear, concise, and engaging product communications including announcements, documentation, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with product strategy and brand voice.
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of product communications across various channels.
- Support internal communications by creating materials that help sales and support teams understand product features and updates.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve communication materials.
