What You Will Do Create and manage purchase orders to support inventory goals Maintain accurate system inputs including lead times, forecasts, and order cycles Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overages Order promotional products for marketing programs and buying events Partner with Product Managers on special buys, deals, and aging inventory strategies Track open purchase orders and follow up on late or missing shipment Communicate with vendors on order status, issues, and estimated arrival times Set up new items, forecasts, and pricing Review service levels and out of stock reports to identify trends Maintain accurate records in the AS400 system Handle discrepancies such as damages, shortages, or receiving errors QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For Associate’s degree preferred Experience in purchasing, merchandising, or inventory management preferred Strong communication and vendor relationship skills Comfortable working with data, forecasts, and inventory metrics Organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to problem solve and follow through on issues Work Environment and Physical Requirements Primarily desk based work using a computer Occasional travel for markets, tradeshows, or meetings Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental benefits Company-paid life insurance 401k with 5% company match Paid time off and holidays Employee assistance program Employee discount program
