Working closely with cross-functional teams, you help ensure controls are robust, scalable, and resilient, contributing to the delivery of secure and reliable products that meet both customer needs and firm standards.

Requirements

2+ years of payments, wires, product, or control experience
Experience supporting a successful control environment, including audits and external regulatory reviews.
Ability to manage complex and fast-moving issues.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret structured data, develop recommendations, and communicate them effectively.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
Ability to work productively in a matrix management organization.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

Financial services and retail payment experience.
High-level understanding of Dodd-Frank and UCC4a.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance the control inventory and associated processes to ensure compliance with regulations and firm policies.
Identify control gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
Collaborate with analytics teams to develop and manage KPIs and exception reports to strengthen control assurance and monitor product health.
Support product procedures and ensure adherence to firm policies and standards.
Assist with audit and controls-related inquiries.
Coordinate issues and action plans for the wires product team.
Support corrections and remediation activities related to customer-impacting wires issues.
Contribute to driving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the wires product.
Report progress to leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.
Assist in tracking and resolving control exceptions and supporting executive escalations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational and control improvements.
