About The Position

The Product Associate will join the Liquidity Management team and support the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of the bank’s core deposit and liquidity platform. This role partners closely with senior product managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to help execute against the product roadmap and deliver scalable, compliant, and client‑focused liquidity capabilities. The Product Associate contributes across the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for demand deposit and interest‑bearing accounts and related capabilities, with a strong focus on execution, analysis, and coordination. This role provides hands‑on exposure to enterprise‑scale product management while building subject‑matter expertise in commercial liquidity and deposit solutions. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, intellectually curious, and execution‑focused, with the ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and support delivery across Technology, Treasury, Operations, Risk, and Sales.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, treasury management, commercial banking, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to commercial deposit products, liquidity solutions, or treasury management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior product managers in executing the strategic vision for the core liquidity and deposit product suite.
  • Contribute to product strategy materials, business cases, and roadmap documentation.
  • Assist in identifying new capabilities, enhancements, and use cases based on client needs, market trends, and regulatory considerations.
  • Develop foundational subject‑matter expertise in commercial deposit and liquidity capabilities to support internal analysis and discussions.
  • Help ensure product capabilities align with evolving client expectations, liquidity objectives, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support delivery of product enhancements, platform initiatives, and technology upgrades.
  • Assist with backlog management by documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with technology and delivery teams to track progress, dependencies, and risks.
  • Support KTLO activities, testing, and release readiness.
  • Analyze product performance, client feedback, and operational data to inform continuous improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Treasury, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Relationship Management, and Analytics to support product initiatives.
  • Help coordinate cross‑functional working sessions, meetings, and deliverables related to product changes.
  • Serve as a point of coordination to ensure alignment across teams during execution.
  • Support stable day‑to‑day product operations by helping track and resolve product issues and inquiries.
  • Assist with documentation, controls, and governance artifacts related to product changes.
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to support adherence to regulatory and risk frameworks.
  • Support vendor‑related coordination and documentation as needed.
