The Product Assembly Associate II will primarily assemble wooden furniture for houses of worship, higher education facilities, healthcare facilities and human service facilities. Product Assembly of complex products Framing wood components Fabricating Upholstering Prep and subassembly work Base assembly Responsible for the quality of the end product May be cross-trained on other general assembly jobs Location Specific Details: Wood Framing: Constructing wooden frames for arms, backs, seats, and ottomans through the use of staple guns, fasteners, and adhesive. Foam Fabrication: Applying foam to wooden frames for arms, backs, seats, and ottomans through the use of staple guns, fasteners, and adhesive. Fabric Upholstery: Applying fabric to wooden frames for arms, backs, seats, and ottomans through the use of staple guns, and fasteners. Fabric Stuffing: Applying fabric to foam fabricated frames for arms, backs, seats, and ottomans. Mechanism Assembly: Mechanism assembly for Recliners, Sleep chairs, and Sleep Sofas for assigned work center. Unit Assembly: Complete assembly of a customer product for assigned work center.
