The Head of Product and Experiences (Digital Solutions) is the senior leader responsible for defining product vision, shaping the operating model, and driving execution across digital products and connected experiences. This role owns the strategic “why” and “what,” while providing the technical leadership and product judgment needed to guide the “how” through a team of Product leaders and Technical Product Owners. This role is intended for a product leader with strong technical credibility, prior hands-on software development experience, and a builder mindset. The ideal candidate combines startup-style speed, ownership, and pragmatism with the ability to scale teams, products, and delivery in a complex cross-functional environment. This leader will directly lead the Technical Product Owner function, strengthening technical product management across mobile, web, backend, platform, and shared experience services. The role also requires strong international perspective, cross-cultural fluency, and the ability to operate effectively across global teams and markets.
