UPMC Health Plan is seeking a Product and Campaign Marketing Summer Intern. The marketing team develops and executes strategies that support member engagement and sales growth for specific products and audiences. The marketing team translates business needs into clear customer-focused messaging, using market research, competitive analysis, and apply core marketing principles to guide our approach. The team collaborates across departments to shape product branding, plan promotional tactics, and measure performance, ensuring our strategies align with organizational goals and evolving market trends. They also guide product, campaign, and account management teams, continually refining our work based on data and performance insights. This is a hybrid shift consisting of working from home and in the office. The internship will run from May 26th to August 14th with some flexibility to start and end if necessary. Irrespective of the published compensation in this posting, wages may be adjusted based on education and experience levels.
