The Opportunity At PicnicHealth, we're scaling our AI-powered clinical research platform that's transforming how pharmaceutical companies conduct non-interventional studies. As we've more than doubled our business and prepared for continued growth, we need world-class product analytics to ensure we're building the right features, optimizing user experiences, and maintaining sustainable unit economics. We're looking for a Product Analytics Lead to establish and lead a new function. This is a true player-coach role where you'll serve as the dedicated Product Analyst for one of our three product modules - our core platform for executing clinical studies for pharma clients - while also leading a team of 2-3 Product Analysts supporting our other key products (Engage, our patient-facing experience, and Capture, our data processing engine). You'll report to the CTO and work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance teams to ensure we have a metrics-driven approach to product development across all products and can accurately model the costs and ROI of our product investments. AI is at the core of everything we do. We're looking for individuals who are not just comfortable with, but genuinely excited by and actively experimenting with, the power and potential of AI.
