About the Role We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Ancillary Benefits Management (ABM) Product Team, where you will help drive data-based product execution across multiple benefit management solutions. This position works closely with Product Managers and senior analysts, receiving direction on priorities and scope. Positioned at the crossroads of product analytics, platform testing, and implementation readiness, this role ensures that solutions are delivered as intended, meeting high standards of quality and reliability. The Product Analyst plays a critical role in: Quantifying product performance - validating savings, accuracy, and rule effectiveness using data and analytics Driving release readiness - coordinating internal testing and serving as a key partner to engineering and implementation teams to support successful deployments This is an individual contributor role ideal for a product professional who thrives in data rich, technology enabled environments and enjoys translating analytics into actionable product insights. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
