As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.  Product Analyst - SalesJob Duties Product Planning - Provide efficient and effective execution on product roadmaps, documents, and planning needs. Create dashboards for various reports and presentations as well as collaborate on positioning, pricing, specifications, and competitor reconnaissance. Build communication tools and presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Market Intelligence - Gather, organize, and evaluate industry, corporate, customer and competitor data. Proactively seek out customer insights and market intelligence. Measure and quantify customer demand and scope of market segments. Understand, read, and interpret data to arrive at useful conclusions. Propose creative, data-backed solutions. Utilize Excel to produce competitor analysis to highlight trends and product whitespace within the market. Develop strategies to get products in the hands of our customers. Create presentation materials and tools to prepare for meetings with Executives, Legal, Sales organization, customers, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Collaborate and work cross-functionally with Company employees. Communication - Maintain strong working relationships with Sales and Support Teams, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc. Act as a liaison with other cross functional teams in the exchange of relevant information in all stages of development process. Demonstrate active listening skills, good verbal, non-verbal and written communication.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business)
  • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • Occasional Travel (0-5%)
  • Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
  • Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday
  • Per 8-hour shift.  Sit 7 hours and stand 1 hours.  Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations).  Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work.  Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard.  Infrequent lifting, walking and climbing stairs.  Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
