About The Position

Under moderate supervision and following standard procedures with some independent judgment, supports product management through research, data collection, analysis, document development and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• One to two years in a related role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the product management team, including:
• Compiling and analyzing state, industry, and competitor data to inform strategic initiatives, including rate and rule reviews, new product development and underwriting appetite adjustments.
• Assists Product Managers in creation of comprehensive line-of business plans for rate and coverage considerations.
• Compiles and analyzes company results and product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support product reviews and performance assessments.
• Collaborates with colleagues across the organization to ensure alignment across forms, rates, rules, and internal systems.
• Influences decision making and alignment with stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
• Provides basic analytical coaching to less experience analysts.
• Serves as Business Lead and/or resource on complex corporate projects representing departmental function.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
