About The Position

We're looking for a Product Analyst Intern who is excited to dive into data, understand user behavior, and support product decisions that shape the experience of millions of users. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and UX Researchers to track product metrics, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable recommendations. If you love blending analytics with storytelling and uncovering what users truly need, this role is for you.

Requirements

Education in Analytics, Communication, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
Interest in user behavior, product workflows, and data-backed decision-making
Curiosity to understand how content and data shape user experience

Nice To Haves

Experience with CMS platforms
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools
Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
Exposure to user research or product analytics tools

Responsibilities

Analyze product usage → Track feature performance, engagement patterns, funnels, and user behavior
Build dashboards & reports → Create clear, actionable visualizations and maintain product KPI dashboards
Collaborate with data science → Participate in A/B tests, experiments, and statistical deep-dives
Blend qualitative + quantitative data → Work with UX teams to merge research insights with behavioral data
Identify friction points → Surface usability issues and trends across user journeys
Support product documentation → Help with release notes, internal documentation, and customer-facing updates
