The Role: The Product Analyst supports the health, stability, and performance of the NewUI prescriber experience and plays a critical role in enabling DoseSpot’s NCPDP + NewUI migration. The role provides analytical, operational, and execution support to the Prescriber Access & Engagement PM, ensuring workflow readiness, issue triage, data-driven decision-making, and smooth customer transition.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, QA, or technical support for a SaaS or healthcare technology product.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and project-management capabilities, including the ability to coordinate issue triage, tracking, and cross-team workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail capabilities.
  • Ability to clearly document workflows, gaps, and technical/functional issues.
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate across product, engineering, UX, and support functions.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system logs, and integration patterns (e.g., embedded/iFrame flows).
  • Ability to support technical conversations related to workflow routing, configuration, and access logic.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with workflow-heavy systems, customer escalations, or data-driven troubleshooting preferred.
  • Exposure to healthcare technology, EHR systems, or clinical workflow tools is beneficial; familiarity with standards such as NCPDP, HL7, or FHIR is a plus.
  • Experience with data tools (e.g., BI dashboards, SQL basics, product analytics tools) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on NewUI product health, usage trends, and workflow performance.
  • Partner with the Prescriber PM to identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain dashboards and operational metrics that track adoption, workflow success rates, and prescriber access issues.
  • Own triage for prescriber-facing issues, working closely with Support, Engineering, and QA to prioritize and resolve defects.
  • Document patterns in escalations and propose solutions that improve workflow reliability and reduce support volume.
  • Validate fixes, enhancements, and production releases related to NewUI and prescriber workflows.
  • Analyze usage analytics, customer behavior, performance metrics, and migration readiness indicators.
  • Provide insights that guide incremental improvements and inform short-term feature prioritization.
  • Support A/B testing, baseline establishment, and post-release measurement.
  • Assist with refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for incremental enhancements.
  • Help prepare release notes, internal communications, and support-facing enablement materials.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and UX to ensure incremental improvements meet quality standards.
  • Partner with Account Management, Support, and Implementation teams to coordinate escalations and root-cause investigations.
  • Work with Implementation and Onboarding teams to assess customer readiness for the NewUI migration.
  • Collaborate with Admin Console stakeholders on configuration-dependent prescriber access behaviors.
