About the team Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re best known for striving for better, they never stand still — delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world. The Merchant & Partner Servicing Experience (MPX) & Product Enablement team plays a pivotal role in the Worldpay Product Management organization, focusing on creating delightful experiences that span the entire customer experience lifecycle for both internal and external customers, maximize our return on investment, and improve the speed we go to market for new products. Within the MPX team, the E2E Customer Experience Servicing Product team is focused on products & capabilities that support strategies around Digital & Assisted servicing across all of Worldpay – this includes but not limited to, relationship management, account management, & IVR & Phone, digital communication, AI/Virtual Assistances/Chatbots, etc... This team’s priority is to drive the strategy that enables Worldpay to deliver world-class user experiences at every customer touchpoint. Because this team unifies capabilities across the Worldpay product portfolio, this is a highly collaborative team that works closely with stakeholders across the enterprise as well as internal teams such as other Product Domains, UX, engineering, archtiecture, Business Unites, Operations and marketing/Communications.
