About The Position

Public is the long-term investing platform. Investors use AI and a vast variety of asset classes, from stocks and bonds to crypto and options, to build portfolios for the long haul. Launched in 2019, Public has been trusted with billions in assets of affluent investors. Headquartered in New York City, it’s raised over $400M from investors like Accel and Tiger Global. The Role We are looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to own our core member journeys. You will be the primary driver behind understanding, measuring, and improving how members move through key product funnels, starting with onboarding and expanding into critical flows like deposits and cross-product adoption. This role sits at the center of Product, Analytics, Customer Experience, and Operations. You will be identifying high impact friction points and leading cross functional efforts to build and ship solutions that meaningfully improve member experience.

  • Passionate about UX and are comfortable navigating design tools, like Figma
  • Take initiative to identify problems before they are surfaced by others and are scrappy enough to find pragmatic solutions that don't always require a full engineering build
