About The Position

Product Acceptance Specialist (Level B) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Product Acceptance Specialist (Level B) to join our dynamic team in New Orleans, LA. Position Responsibilities: Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements Provides objective evidence of results Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring Identifies and documents discrepancies Segregates and controls non-conforming items Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Shift: 2nd shift: 2:00p-10:30p

Requirements

• High School / GED Diploma is required
• Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Experience working or inspecting to non-conformance work orders
• Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar (QMS) Quality Management System standard
