About The Position

Producing Sales Manager (PSM) at Griffin Funding, Inc. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Producing Sales Manager to join our Sales department at Griffin Funding, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Manage 6–8+ SLOs while producing personally. Focus on helping LOs structure and close Non-QM files, ensure high conversion, and coach ISAs and LOs on consultative sales strategies for investors and self-employed borrowers. Requirements

Personal Funded Volume: 5–7 loans/month
Team Funded Volume: 40–60 loans/month
Lead Conversion (App → Funded): 15%+ (Non-QM leads require more education and consultative approach)
Pull-Through Rate (Lock → STP): 80%+
Accurate and complete 1003s: 90%+
CRM Compliance & Follow-Up: 100% activity logged
Coaching & 1:1s: Weekly with each LO + call reviews

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Manage 6–8+ SLOs while producing personally
Focus on helping LOs structure and close Non-QM files
Ensure high conversion
Coach ISAs and LOs on consultative sales strategies for investors and self-employed borrowers
Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA)
Drive “The Griffin Standard” for lead conversion and revenue attainment.
Coach and provide expert guidance to Production Team
Structuring and closing Non-QM loans.
Maintain all compliance and technology standards
