About The Position

We are looking for an (agency) Producer to join our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office location. The Producer is responsible for scoping, defining, managing, assisting and leading implementation of each project from conception to completion as assigned by the Sr Executive Producer. Acting as one of the main contacts between all internal and external resources, the producer ensures that projects are well defined, completed on time and supporting documents are archived accordingly. The Producers primary overarching function is to take a project from the job start and kick off stage through final delivery including overseeing and managing the following functions as related to each specific project.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience producing video, and audio content within an agency.
  • Proven ability to manage all phases of production from pre-production through post-production across multiple media formats.
  • Experienced in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors, and talent, while maintaining budgets and timelines.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative and proactive partner skilled at working cross-functionally with creative, account, and project management teams to deliver on-brand, high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of broadcast, agency workflows, including understanding of audio, editing, and file delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail, professionalism under pressure, and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as production schedules require.

Responsibilities

  • Manage broadcast, video and audio projects from kickoff through final delivery overseeing timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site production.
  • Partner with Creative team to translate concepts into actionable production plans that balance creative vision, feasibility, and budget.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, and talent, ensuring contracts, payments, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Oversee casting, talent releases, and all production-related documentation to ensure alignment with client requirements and company policies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, maintaining clear communication, presenting timelines and updates, and proactively managing expectations.
  • Track and reconcile production budgets, review vendor invoices, and partner with Business Affairs Manager on final project reconciliation.
  • Review final outputs to ensure quality, brand consistency, and alignment with creative intent; oversee asset delivery and archiving.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of best practices while staying current on industry trends and emerging production techniques.
