About The Position

As a Producer on the Experience Team, you will drive the delivery of software products in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment, focusing on creating engaging, user-centered experiences. You will leverage strong JIRA management skills to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, foster collaboration between technical and creative teams, and ensure alignment with the product vision. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will guide software development efforts, resolve blockers, and champion agile practices to deliver solutions that meet client and business goals while prioritizing exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with focus on software development and user experience in an agile environment.
• Ability to communicate at an engineering level, understanding software architecture, systems integration, and technical dependencies to translate complex technical concepts into actionable delivery plans and drive execution across cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA for managing workflows, tracking progress, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to bridge technical and creative teams, ensuring user-centered software products.
• Proven experience as a producer or similar role in software development, working with cross-disciplinary teams (e.g., Software Engineering, Art, UI/UX Design, Quality Assurance)
• Due to the nature of our work, it is mandatory that you are a US Citizen and able to comply with Government regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Simulation & Training, Entertainment, Gaming industries, Software Development, or Immersive Technologies (AR/VR)
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
• Familiar with development and workflow concepts to better engage with development teams.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, or real-time rendering frameworks, with an emphasis on their application to user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming) using JIRA to ensure efficient team workflows and clear visibility into progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, prioritize user stories, and align deliverables with the product vision and user experience goals.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams (e.g., engineering, QA) and creative teams (e.g., artists, UI/UX designers) to ensure software products deliver both robust functionality and intuitive, engaging user experiences.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers, such as technical dependencies or resource constraints, to keep development teams on track.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog in JIRA, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with user experience and business objectives.
