About The Position

A Producer at TUX is a highly organized, solution-oriented leader who oversees the end-to-end production of advertising campaigns, from pre-production planning to final asset delivery. This role is responsible for managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and on-set logistics, ensuring all creative and production elements align seamlessly. Producers at TUX work across a variety of productions, from small-scale social shoots to large-scale 360° national campaigns, collaborating closely with Executive Producers, Production Coordinators, Creatives, Client Partners and Post-Production teams. Success in this role is directly measured by: Flawless execution of creative productions: delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting creative expectations. Strong budget & resource management: maximizing efficiency while ensuring high production value. Clear communication & leadership: acting as the central point of contact between client partners, creatives, vendors, and production teams. Proactive problem-solving: identifying risks early and implementing solutions to keep productions running smoothly. Client & team satisfaction: building strong relationships by fostering collaboration, transparency, and trust throughout the production process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of production experience at an agency, production company, brand, or in a freelance capacity.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and the full production lifecycle (pre-production, on-set, and post).
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, budgeting tools, and production management software.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, track moving parts, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and navigate high-pressure production environments.
  • Familiarity with broadcast, digital, and social media production requirements, as well as emerging trends in advertising production.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and resourcing plans for multiple projects.
  • Lead pre-production meetings, aligning creatives, clients, and vendors on production details.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, talent, crew, locations, and production partners.
  • Oversee all permits, insurance, contracts, and legal documentation needed for productions.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure production solutions align with the campaign vision.
  • Oversee all aspects of shoot execution, ensuring seamless on-set operations.
  • Manage crew logistics, call sheets, schedules, and production timelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison between client teams, creatives, and production crews, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Troubleshoot logistical challenges, problem-solve in real time, and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Coordinate with Post Producer and post-production teams (editors, VFX, sound, and colorists) to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries, as relevant.
  • Alongside Client Partners, track review rounds, client feedback, and approvals to keep projects moving forward.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet technical specs, creative expectations, and platform requirements.
  • Oversee final asset delivery and archive production files for future use.
