About The Position
Aritzia is growing and our Photo & Video Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering photo and video assets that showcase our Campaign marketing in an aspirational and brand-propelling way. You will play a pivotal role in producing best-in-class photography and videography for Campaigns, delivered on-time and on-budget, while ensuring creative and business objectives are met. Requirements
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Photo & Video Production

Responsibilities
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
- Plan the production of quality content, on time, on budget, at the right location and with the right people
- Coordinate the elements of a shoot
- Manage the execution of a shoot
- Manage the post-production quality and timeliness
- Manage the legal and financial components of a shoot
- Provide an operationally seamless photo and video production experience
