About The Position

Berry Law is seeking a Producer to lead podcast and video production for a nationally recognized, veteran-led law firm.

This role owns end-to-end production of high-impact audio and video content—podcasts, interviews, events, and campaigns—delivering broadcast-quality assets that expand reach, build authority, and cut through the noise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video, podcast, or media production
• Proven ability to deliver professional, broadcast-quality content
• Strong production planning, editing, and on-set leadership skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven

Nice To Haves

• Experience with field or event-based production a plus

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage podcasts and video content from planning through final delivery
• Lead video and audio capture for interviews, events, and media moments
• Ensure broadcast-quality standards for sound, lighting, and storytelling
• Build repeatable production workflows and asset pipelines
• Partner with brand, PR, and social teams to maximize content reach
