About The Position

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Partnership Content Associate to coordinate the creation, production, and distribution of content with media partners. This role supports brand and audience development, user acquisition, SEO, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will have marketing expertise and creative/video production skills to ensure content contributes to partnership success and will guide partners on content development and distribution strategies. Reporting to the User Acquisition team, the role involves collaboration across various departments.

Requirements

  • Experience in sports and/or sports betting/gaming preferred, but not required.
  • Deep familiarity with the native capabilities of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
  • Experience working directly with media talent is a plus.
  • Proficiency with a range of content management, editing, and production tools.
  • A self-starter who collaborates well and is comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise updates to partners and internal teams.
  • A track record of performing well under pressure in fast-moving environments.
  • 3–5 years of experience at a creative agency, media company, or in-house marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and repurpose partner-branded content for broader distribution and specific marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to the ideation, development, and production of new video content alongside partners and talent.
  • Independently produce engaging video using owned and partner assets (talent, IP, NIL, events, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency, tone, and quality across a range of platforms and content formats.
  • Support additional creative and content initiatives as needed.
  • Participate in creative meetings with internal and external teams to align on strategy, goals, timelines, and workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear communication between creative teams and key stakeholders.
  • Use digital asset management systems to organize, deliver, and archive content.
