Interested in joining us on our journey? The Producer – Park Studios reporting to the Studio Manager, facilitates all production needs for in-house photography and videography at Park Studios. This role operates at the intersection of creative and production, serving as the primary on-set operations contact while ensuring seamless workflows, effective resource utilization, and high-quality execution. The Producer is also responsible for studio upkeep, including set maintenance, prop organization, and oversight of set builds and modifications. This role partners closely with internal creative teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver compelling brand content. Location: Louisville, KY - Appliance Park (100% on-site)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of production experience
  • Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with design, editing, motion, shooting, or directing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee internal and external productions, including planning, resourcing, and execution
  • Serve as the on-set operations lead ensuring efficient workflows
  • Manage studio sets including scheduling, maintenance, and upkeep
  • Coordinate studio set refreshes and organization
  • Monitor project and resource allocations
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Engage and coordinate with talent, crew, vendors, and freelancers
  • Communicate proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure project requirements are executed to high standards
  • Contribute to process optimization and efficiencies
  • Maintain brand visual identity consistency
  • Act as an accountable and collaborative partner
