They specialize in creating marketing assets for all of the Disney brands, including Marvel, Lucasfilm, Disney Live Action, Disney+, Pixar, Disney Animation, 20th Century Studios, Searchlight, Disney Corporate and more. What You Will Do: Support Manager of Project Management & Business Operations and provide day-to-day assistance to the production team, including administrative and logistical coordination Assist across all stages of AV marketing including asset gathering, motion graphics, editorial, finishing and material delivery (music copy, narration and graphics) Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, Associate Producers, Coordinators, Assistant Editors, Music Supervisors, and Motion Graphics artists to coordinate project needs and provide feedback on cuts Help write copy as needed and support Associate Producers in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines Track project timelines, maintain calendars and ensure deliverables stay on schedule

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback and work cross-functionally with creative teams
  • Undergraduate Junior or Senior
  • Earning a degree in Marketing or Communications or related field
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • This internship opportunity requires full-time availability in Burbank for the duration of the program.
  • The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 through August 2026.
  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • Candidate must be available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship or work experience in creative advertising, marketing, production or entertainment
  • Experience writing copy for marketing, social or promotional materials
  • Familiarity with AV/trailer production workflows
  • Demonstrated good decision-making skills and staying calm under pressure
  • Open to feedback and constructive criticism
