About The Position

PowerNation Studios is searching for a Producer/Director who is a meticulous technical writer and strong team leader to direct our Hosts and Videographers and produce high-quality automotive programs. Time management is essential. Our next Producer/Director will manage daily production activities and schedules to hit long-term deadlines, plan projects, prepare scripts, and edit rough cuts. Join America's #1 automotive how-to television franchise as our next Producer/Director. Work with some of the best automotive talent in the industry while producing and directing a weekly national TV show. PowerNation averages 1.2 million views per episode through broadcast, streaming, and YouTube, and has a social following of 7.3 million. We're looking for someone with a creative approach to each show who will direct both in the studio and in the field. You will offline edit each show using Premiere Pro and collaborate with Sales and sponsors to meet mutual goals and shared success. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of directing, producing, writing, and editing experience
• Excellent technical writing and storytelling skills are a must
• Must be a self-starter and team leader with good communication skills
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Nice To Haves

• College/Technical school degree in TV/Media preferred
• Automotive knowledge preferred
• Videography skills are a plus
• Some travel required
