About The Position

This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the Produce department. The Assistant Department Leader will monitor all functions, duties, and activities related to the Produce department and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return
Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department
Control all established quality assurance standards
Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Produce department
