About The Position

This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals for the Produce department, and controlling quality assurance standards. The role also involves monitoring all functions, duties, and activities related to the Produce department and demonstrating the company's core values. City Market, which merged with The Kroger Company in 1983, serves customers in 34 stores across Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
  • Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
  • Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department.
  • Control all established quality assurance standards.
  • Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Produce department.
  • Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
