About The Position
This role is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals for the Produce department, and monitoring all related functions and activities. The individual will also demonstrate the company's core values. Responsibilities
- Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
- Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
- Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department and control all established quality assurance standards.
- Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Produce department.
- Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
