About The Position

The Produce/Asst Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals for the department, and controlling quality assurance standards. This role also involves monitoring all functions, duties, and activities related to the Produce department and demonstrating the company's core values. Fry’s Food Stores, based in Arizona, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and now serves customers in over 120 stores. Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
• Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return
• Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department
• Control all established quality assurance standards
• Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Produce department
