Our services include program management, decommissioning, environmental remediation, waste and nuclear material management, nuclear operations, consulting, and engineering, and construction. We are currently executing many contracts, performing work that is essential to our clients missions across a broad range of functional areas, and one contract in particular is near the Idaho Falls area. We are looking for a Team Oriented Subcontract Administrator who has a working knowledge of Federal Construction Contracting and procurement requirements. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to be part of a team of Contracts and Procurement Professionals who are driven to provide exceptional service to our Government client in the Idaho Falls, ID area. Responsibilities will include: Performing subcontracting or paralegal functions in support of; Construction, Mechanical Equipment, Excavation, General Services, etc. in the Federal Contracting environment Perform assignments of varying scope and of moderate complexity following established policies and procedures Ability to work in a Team Environment with shifting priorities that may include extended hours, (As Needed & Approved), to support project schedules With the guidance of senior staff, responsible for cradle to grave procurement administration of federal and/or commercial construction related procurement actions; review requisitions, prepare RFPs, conduct bid abstracts, conduct negotiations, prepare purchase orders and subcontracts and administer complex services-type subcontracts Ability to be “Proactive” and “Forward Looking” when developing and administering subcontracts With oversight of senior staff, support proposal preparation activities to clients

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline with 5 or more years of relevant experience - OR- 10 years’ relevant experience and High School Diploma/GED in lieu of Bachelor's is acceptable
Contracts experience
USA citizenship is required (to comply with government customer requirements and/or applicable government regulations)
Strong Computer skills: Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook
Above average writing skills need to be logical and succinct

Nice To Haves

Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) experience
Familiarity with federal and commercial procurement guidelines and regulations
Industrial Construction experience is desired
Some paralegal experience could be helpful
Experience administering large complex Federal Construction type contracts
Previous legal contracts experience

Responsibilities
