About The Position

Develop and implement sourcing strategies across assigned categories to support cost optimization and operational effectiveness. Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking to identify opportunities for savings and improved performance. Lead sourcing events, negotiate commercial terms, and manage ongoing supplier performance. Design, refine, and operationalize procurement processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains. Partner with internal stakeholders — including Legal, IT, Finance, Compliance, Data Privacy, and Operations — to align supplier strategies with business needs and risk tolerances. Support vendor risk assessments and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements. Analyze spend data to identify trends and produce actionable sourcing insights and KPIs. Prepare reports and present sourcing outcomes and performance analytics to leadership. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during procurement activities and sourcing to global vendors. Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and procurement systems.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of procurement or sourcing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze spend data, interpret market trends, and develop data‑driven sourcing strategies.
  • Expertise in supplier negotiation and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective negotiation and relationship building.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in procurement processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, and/or related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing or enhancing procurement processes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent.
  • Experience with international procurement and negotiation, preferably in financial services.
  • Familiarity with contract law and legal aspects of procurement.
