To save time applying, Toyota does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this position at this time Who we're looking for Toyota's Indirect Procurement Shared Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Procurement Sourcing Analyst for the Marketing & Dealer Services area. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the creation and execution of category procurement strategies for the following Marketing Dealer Services categories: Sales Training: facilitators, curriculum creation, dealer consultants National & Regional Training Events: product launch and event activations including ride and drive course development, reveals and press events. Fleet Services: Services related to rental car contracts Reporting to the Marketing Dealer Services Category Manager, the person in this role will support the Indirect Procurement department's objective to implement procurement strategies to reduce cost and mitigate risk for the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and successfully set priorities for meeting time-bound deliverables
  • Exceptional analytic, organization, presentation and interpersonal skills with applied solid judgement and strategic thinking
  • Demonstrated collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated negotiation experience
  • Strong knowledge of contract process

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP/Ariba
  • Complex, multi-group contract negotiations
  • Automotive experience
  • >2 years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing multi-year sourcing strategies for responsible spend categories.
  • Designing, planning and completing key Request for Proposal, information, quote, etc.
  • Effectively manage and all sourcing and price negotiation activities and in-coming ad hoc business unit requests.
  • Manage req to PO process for the above commodities.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with business units and supplier partners to deliver comprehensive and cross-enterprise process improvement solutions.
