Primary Duties & Responsibilities Project Delivery - Manage procurement and supply chain projects end-to-end, including wafer and substrate sourcing, supplier qualifications, contract transitions, and logistics planning. Supplier Coordination - Act as the project lead with suppliers, ensuring milestones are met, risks are addressed, and communications remain clear and professional. Risk & Continuity Planning - Support dual-sourcing, buffer strategies, and contingency planning to reduce exposure from single-source suppliers, trade regulations, or geopolitical instability. Cost & Efficiency Projects - Drive initiatives that deliver measurable savings, streamline procurement processes, and improve supplier performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with engineering, quality, operations, planning and finance to align supply chain projects with technical requirements and production schedules. Capital & Logistics Support - Coordinate procurement readiness for capital tool moves, site transitions, and shutdown logistics. Metrics & Reporting - Track and report project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to procurement leadership and stakeholders. Process Improvement - Contribute to improving supplier scorecards, ERP workflows, and procurement best practices. Establish program charters, governance structures, and success criteria with a focus on quantifiable outcomes. Support digital transformation initiatives by adopting ERP analytics, Power BI, and AI-enhanced tools to improve visibility and forecasting. Education & Experience Minimum 9 yr. experience in related field plus 3+ years managing projects in semiconductor Bachelor's Degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
