About The Position

This role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across multiple categories to support rapid organizational growth. The Procurement Manager will collaborate closely with business units and external vendors to optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and implement scalable procurement processes. The position requires leveraging data analytics and market insights to develop effective sourcing strategies while managing contractual negotiations and compliance. You will drive continuous improvement, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure procurement activities align with organizational objectives. Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing across multiple categories, ideally in fast-moving or high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ to influence stakeholders across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of cost savings, procurement innovation, and process improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills; ability to handle multiple complex initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with P2P platforms (e.g., ZipHQ) preferred.
  • Excellent English communication, both written and oral.
  • Ability to operate during U.S. core business hours with deep knowledge of U.S. market dynamics and supplier landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships across business units to identify, prioritize, and execute sourcing opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional sourcing efforts and implement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights, market intelligence, and recommendations to optimize procurement outcomes.
  • Advise teams on best practices for sourcing, cost management, and vendor selection.
  • Drive improvements to procurement processes for scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring optimal costs, service levels, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and review agreements to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
  • Develop and manage RFx processes, including analysis, vendor selection, and build vs. buy decisions.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GMP, GFSI, SOC II).
  • Continuously monitor procurement performance and identify opportunities for savings and value creation.
