About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement & Engine Contracts Multi-fam Manager (level M) to join the Supply Chain Propulsion Engine Management team in Charlston, SC. Manage employees from multiple Supply Chain and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, rate readiness and performance management. Ensure team communicates supplier performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance. Manages contracts with Engine OEMs Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Oversight of the team to manage suppliers to the negotiated contractual documents. Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management. Ensures team is initiating and executing supplier recovery and improvement activities. Coach, counsel, mentor and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities. Provide on-going developmental feedback. Manages employees interfacing with Engine Manufacturing suppliers performing procurement and project management activities related to inventory management, risk management, skyline management and data analytics Demonstrate the Boeing Values and Behaviors as a leader within Propulsion Position requires up to 20% of domestic and international travel. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines
• 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
• 3+ years of experience managing people
• Willing to travel

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• 3+ years of experience with Boeing Supply Chain procurement
• 3+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 3+ years of people management experience including responsibility for performance management and career development
• 2+ years of experience with contract development and management
