The Manager, Experience is a key leadership position within the Global Services Payment & Experience team, focused on delivering exceptional service to J&J business partners and suppliers. This role reports to the Director of North America Global Services Payment & Experience and supports the interface between BPO partners, Global Services (GS) teams, business partners and suppliers. The Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless, compliant, and user-friendly experience across procurement services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, shared services, or a similar operational leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving user satisfaction in a service delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes include accounts payable, source to contract activities & supplier/payee management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead change, implement process improvements, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Interactions: Oversee all interactions between the AskGS team, GS teams, and business requestors to ensure smooth and effective communication and resolution of queries.
  • User/Employee Satisfaction: Drive initiatives to increase user and employee satisfaction, regularly collecting feedback and implementing improvements to the service experience.
  • Process Updates: Ensure the AskGS team receives timely updates on process changes, and that all supporting documentation and materials are current, accurate, and readily available.
  • Seamless Experience Coordination: Coordinate with associates to provide a consistent, high-quality experience for all users of Procurement AskGS
  • Transition of New Activities: Lead and support the transition of new activities and services to the AskGS team, ensuring readiness and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Monitor service performance metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Process and Compliance Ensure all processes comply with defined standards and policies, maintaining audit readiness and process integrity.
  • Partner with Service Provider Management to uphold Wipro service provider standards and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Team Leadership Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing, engaged team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth within the team.
  • Global Collaboration Participate in global projects and strategic initiatives to align processes and share best practices across regions.
  • Actively interact with the global Procurement AskGS network to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as the training liaison for North America, coordinating training needs and materials for the region.
