About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with our business objectives and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing procurement activities, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure the cost-effective and timely sourcing of goods and services.

Requirements

Proficiency in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and purchasing skills.
Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain/procurement.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills using ERP and supply chain management tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of goods and services.
Oversee inventory control processes, including forecasting, stock levels, and replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and materials.
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, compliance, and customer service teams.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate supply chain risks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Use ERP and supply chain management tools to analyze data, generate reports, and make informed decisions.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
