Procurement Intern, you will perform input for previously established procedures and/or systems, assist in establishing and/or maintaining a suppliers' list, preparing, issuing and receiving requests for quotation, and assist in evaluating quotations. The Procurement Intern will develop knowledge in the use of procurement department software, review and process purchasing documents, prepare/issue/maintain records of purchase orders, and may process approvals for supplier invoices and maintains necessary records.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a 4 year program in Supply Chain, Business, Technical / Engineering, Construction Management or related field program.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred bachelors or masters degree in Supply Chain or Procurement.
• Preferred May 2027 graduates.

Responsibilities

• Perform input for previously established procedures and/or systems
• Implement firm's and department's Policies and Procedures
• Assist in establishing and/or maintaining a Suppliers' List
• Assist in preparing, issuing and receiving Requests For Quotation
• Assist in evaluating quotations
• Develop knowledge in the use of Procurement Department software
• Review and process purchasing documents
• Prepare/issue/maintain records of purchase orders
• Learning procurement process
• May process approvals for supplier invoices and maintains necessary records
