About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Contract Specialist to support our Procurement Category Management team on a contingent basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in reviewing, and redlining procurement-related agreements, ensuring alignment with business requirements, risk tolerance, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Contract Review Review, and redline a wide range of procurement contracts, including:
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Amendments and Change Orders
- Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Ensure contract terms comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards.
- Propose commercially sound alternatives to protect the company’s best interests.
- Documentation - Maintain accurate contract documentation, and version control.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sourcing guidelines, and approval workflows.
- Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities.
