Requirements

  • Hybrid work environment with minimum 3-days/week in office work [Redwood Shores, CA or Irving, TX, NYC or Ottawa, ON].
  • Global customer service experience in a culturally diverse setting with customer centric skillset
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with knowledge of Marketing Tech Stack, Web Infrastructure, Product Marketing, Paid Media, Corporate and Field Events Marketing activities.
  • Self starter, very organized, with ability to manage multiple projects with timely execution
  • 2-3 years purchasing, negotiation and project management experience preferred
  • Experience with creating and processing purchases through ERP [preferably SAP].
  • Advanced MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) skills
  • Understanding customer needs (stated and un-stated), responsive with attention to details.
  • Proven ability to work independently under pressure to close projects within timeline.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • End to End Indirect Purchasing includes: Internal business request analysis.
  • Enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with Finance, MIS, Legal and Operations teams for execution.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, analyzing price offers, negotiating improved business terms, cost mitigation/avoidance.
  • Serve as a partner to the business owner [Employees/Customers] located in various departments and offices in Canada, US, & Latin America.
  • Ability to break down complex contracts to translate data into actionable purchasing decisions.
