A Procurement Business Analyst gathers and analyzes data for the procurement team and works closely with the accounting team to develop strategies to identify savings opportunities to help drive cost out of the system and create profits for the company. Manage and coordinate Billback Manager scans, reflects, ad charges and invoices with Procurement staff. Manage Topco and AFI statements and write-offs. Work with Category Managers on yearly pay by space and special promotion billing. Work with Director of Procurement/Fresh and Category Managers with period-end closeout. Work with Inmar reporting and Reclaim review Work with ATG Auditors on external audit research. Manage warehouse charges and credits for Procurement with Accounting Dept. New store WIC Support H Handles all billing for products that are recalled. Support Category Management Assistants Be willing and able to perform other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE - High School Diploma or GED, Associate's and/or Bachelor's degree and Minimum 5 years of Grocery experience including supervisory/leadership experience preferred. QUALIFICATIONS - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills along with organization, planning, and problem-solving skills. Able to analyze information with decision-making skills. Work in a team environment. Experienced in Windows-based computer environment, COGNOS, AS400 and JRS Systems. Performance driven to develop and execute new programs focused on intensifying sales and profits. Demonstrate multi-department relationship building in a progressive fast paced industry.
