About The Position
As Procurement and Client Solutions Specialist, you work out of the Central Region Office in Vernon Hills, IL. You interact with external and internal customers on every aspect of the pre-sales workflow. You will report to the Senior Client Relations Manager in Vernon Hills, IL. The salary range for this position is $29 - $33 per hour and depends on related experience. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 3 years of experience in a professional environment client relations or procurement role
- Ownership of assigned cases and detail-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Issuing price quotations, invoices, and optimizing shipping methods
- Creating and maintaining electronic records in CRM and ERP
- Processing orders from customers and web-shop
- Handling the procurement process and delivery dates in alignment with with customer
- Managing stock requirement and minimum lot sizes
