About The Position

The Boeing Commercial Airplanes Global Supply Chain Functional Excellence Operations team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Procurement Analyst (Level 3 or 4) in Everett, Washington. This role is focused on supporting ongoing system enhancements and post-implementation activities for the CLM Systems Team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy cross-functional collaboration, and possess a strong customer service mindset to address complex system and process improvements. Key responsibilities include managing change requests, supporting system migrations (including PATS), and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. This involves close collaboration with Boeing IT and the contracts and negotiation teams to support business process alignment. Additionally, the role will serve as a CLM system super user, driving adoption, testing, and continuous improvement.

  • 3+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in project and program management best practices, including stakeholder management, data driven decision making with an eye toward scalability and repeatable execution

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • 3+ years of experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems or similar enterprise platforms
  • Background in Boeing contracts, legal operations, procurement, or negotiation processes
  • Experience supporting system implementations or post-go-live stabilization efforts
  • Familiarity with data migration or system transition projects (e.g., PATS or similar)
  • Familiarity with Icertis CLM system
  • Someone who embodies Boeing’s values and contributes to a strong team culture

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity
  • Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of deliverables

  • Previous Program Management experience
  • Experience developing and managing metrics / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate change requests from intake through delivery, ensuring clear requirements and timely execution
  • Translate business and customer needs into actionable requirements for IT and internal stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, product, and business teams to support PATS migration efforts and ongoing CLM enhancements
  • Work closely with business process owners, internal team members, and Boeing IT to align system capabilities with contracting workflows and requirements
  • Serve as a CLM system super user, developing deep system expertise to support users, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption
  • Support and participate in system testing activities (UAT, validation, defect tracking), ensuring enhancements meet business needs
  • Contribute to new system enhancements, including requirement validation, testing, and feedback to improve functionality and user experience
  • Provide regular program and project status updates to management and stakeholders
  • Support post-implementation activities, including issue resolution and continuous improvement efforts
  • Manage new system enhancement change process, including requirement validation, testing, management approval processes, and feedback to improve functionality and user adoption experience
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the CLM system and related processes
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring stakeholder needs are understood and addressed effectively
  • Become a CLM system Super User, developing deep system expertise to support users, troubleshoot issues, and drive user adoption
  • Support and participate in system testing activities (UAT, validation, etc) ensuring enhancements meet customer and business needs
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with company values
