About The Position

Procurement Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our SAP Deployment Success team in Everett , WA or Auburn , WA . This role will have a primary focus on Master Data—specifically Material Master, Vendor Master, and Customer Master—recognizing Master Data as the foundation for SAP processes and capabilities. The analyst will define and own BCA requirements for master data across end-to-end process flows and capabilities required to support Supply Chain operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable master data standards, governance, and system requirements that enable reliable, efficient supply chain performance. We are looking for dynamic, curious, and innovative individuals with strong BCA supply chain domain knowledge, proven ability to design and deliver cross‑functional integrations. You will work within an Agile/Activate methodology to drive design, testing, deployment, and go‑live readiness. Our team is currently hiring for a Lead (Level 5) Procurement Analyst .

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience working in supplier management supply chain, procurement processes and practices
  • 15+ years of experience of leading a cross functional team
  • 15+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products) (ERPLN)
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
  • 15+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 5+ years of experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
  • 5+ years of experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)
  • 5+ Years’ experience with Project management / leading teams

Responsibilities

  • Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities.
  • Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design, planning and deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs.
  • Reviews contractual documents and consults with stakeholders.
  • Oversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes, programs, projects and procurement transactions.
  • Provides guidance on export issues and material transfers.
  • Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
  • All master data that is owned or effects BCA Supply Chain processes or capability needs.
  • Supporting Data Conversion and Master Data Cleanup.
  • Develop/support workshops to build solutions for BCA Supply Chain master data
  • Understanding current data flows of master data and applying that knowledge into future state data flows.
  • Determine and quantify business impacts to future state changes, report and elevate risks/issues/opportunities.
  • Partner with technical teams to define integration requirements, middleware interfaces, and data mappings; support integration testing.
  • Drive workshops, fit‑gap sessions, and process validation with business SMEs to align standard SAP capabilities with Boeing requirements.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Design end‑to‑end business processes that integrate supply chain systems.
  • Create test plans, support SIT, UAT, troubleshoot defects, and ensure business sign‑off on functional deliverables.
  • Contribute to cutover planning, go‑live readiness, training materials, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities.
  • Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
