About The Position

As a Procurement Analyst, you will assist in contingent labor vendor relationship management, provide reporting for all levels of management utilizing ADP’s vendor management (VMS) system, and ensure that onboarding and offboarding of contractors in our Contingent Workforce program are conducted in accordance with ADP policies. In this role, you will work closely with ADP Associates in HR, Finance, and the Global Security Organization and act as the liaison between those departments and the representatives from ADP suppliers to support the VMS system and contingent labor program.

Requirements

  • Great customer service skills, with recent corporate customer service, procurement, sales, or related work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience and strong skills in data analysis and reporting using MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Ability to provide end-user support for the VMS systems.
  • Must be detail-oriented and a problem solver.
  • Experienced with MS Office Suite
  • Must be willing to work extended hours, when needed.
  • You’ll have a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior contingent labor VMS experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and own vendor relationships
  • Ability to problem-solve and make recommendations regarding day-to-day situations and activities
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships in the Contingent Workforce program, including rate benchmarking, program communications, and reporting of data
  • Interact with all levels of management
  • Responsible for providing reporting requirements for end users, management, and vendors
  • Provide regular status and progress updates to management on high-visibility contractor situations
  • Manage and support communication between internal end-users, VMS contacts, and compliance teams
  • Assist and support the team in identifying and implementing improved processes
  • Support global rollouts, collaborating with international colleagues, in different geographies and time zones
  • Provides end-user support as it relates to the VMS system
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
