Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Typically 4–5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, or commercial analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data analysis tools
  • Strong experience with spend analysis, cost modeling, supplier performance metrics
  • Solid understanding of procurement policies, sourcing processes, and governance
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead analytical initiatives, gather data from multiple sites, and influence decisions cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable acquiring new skills independently
  • Understanding of core supply chain principles, driving forces, and terminology.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Python, Oracle, Maestro a plus
  • Experience in AI/automation a plus

Responsibilities

  • Actively support both Production and New Product Introduction (NPIs) by delivering procurement and supply chain analytics that inform sourcing decisions, assurance of supply, and cost modeling.
  • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, KPIs, and leadership‑ready reporting that enable fact‑based decision‑making across production and NPI portfolio.
  • Translate complex, ambiguous data into clear insights, trade‑offs, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders with varying levels of technical and analytical expertise
  • Operate effectively in environments with unstructured, incomplete, or non‑standardized data, common in NPIs, by synthesizing inputs from multiple sources into actionable insights.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Engineering, and IT to drive a transition toward data‑driven procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Serve as a key contributor in modernizing Supply Chain ways of working, moving from manual, judgment‑based decisions to repeatable, analytics‑based decision models.
