About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent to join our Engine Management team in Everett, Washington . The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. We are looking for qualified candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to manage an engine company. Ready to lead dynamic, exciting supplier operations for world‑class engine programs? Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)
  • Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment and working directly with program leaders
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time internationally/domestically

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of experience Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience in Production Readiness Assessment (PRA) process
  • Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills, organizational, analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement and supply‑chain strategies for engine programs.
  • Manage supplier technical performance, qualifications, and non‑conformance resolution.
  • Partner closely with Program teams and the engine company to align priorities, resolve technical and schedule issues, and support production/readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure production readiness and resolve supplier‑related technical issues.
  • Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks (capacity, single source, obsolescence); maintain forecasts and supplier scorecards.
  • Mentor junior staff and lead cost‑reduction and process‑improvement initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
